Quick answer: you make it safe to develop knowledge.
Training with me is more than just giving your people knowledge.
I create learning spaces where people are allowed to explore their understanding.
It's something special to get people in a room and acknowledge they don't know something. Even moreso when you are talking about inclusion... I mean, we are all supposed to be totally on point with this stuff...
People come into Neurodiversity Inclusion training with a fear.
A fear of getting it wrong.
Saying the wrong thing.
Doing the wrong thing.
Most of the time this is beacuse people care about other people. They don't want to cause harm- even if unintentionally.
They are also scared as sticks to receivea butt-whooping - the like we have all seen somewhere on the internet- for exploring where they currently are.
Being able to help people feel safe to acknolwedge this fear is an important step in learning.
It helps people feel safe to engage.
When people engage they take away information that makes sense to them, and to know what their next steps are.
This is why businesses bring me in to train their people.
Your next step is dropping into my DM's so we can talk about your training needs.
