Entrepreneuro Grow

Entrepreneuro Grow

Neurodivergent Entrepreneurs upping their game, one decision at a time

This community is for you if you:

Have been in business a while

And you feel like you are in an expansion phase (or growing up as I would say). You need to do something different to get more cash in and reduce your overwhelm, but don't know where to start.

(Spoiler alert- you choose one area and start somewhere small, and build momentum from here)

Have tried all of the 'get rich quick' courses and masterminds

All of which will have had some impact and benefit, but not necessarily the ones you want right now. This might include less stress, more consistent and predictable income and enough time to actually live and love your life.

(By the way… This isn't a 'my way works' space... I will offer you some evidence-based and solid business foundations to choose from, with support to make them work for you.)

Are ready, willing and able to do some uncomfortable things

I know, I know... some bits of business give you the ick... like sales calls, tidying up and setting up systems and processes. ... There is no avoiding doing the back end stuff, as well as the sparkly sexy marketing. I will help you through the ick so you have a business that sustains, rather than drains you.

(The sad thing is EG won’t be right for everyone all of the time… if you need to significant work on wellbeing, life boundaries and health - go do this first and we will be here for you when you are ready)

You want neuro-affirming accountability

Which means being in a room with people who 'get it' and will know you have reasons which make some things hard. This is okay, because you want to find new ways. Together we will hold you with compassion with a healthy nudge so that your reasons aren't used as excuses to stay stuck.

(FYI: Signing up isn’t a magic bullet - You will need to invest the time and attention to make changes)

Connection and community

I have no intention of making this a massive space of anonymous bods. Nor will it become the Sara Kedge Show. This is a space where you build connection, and friendship based on the collective aim of having a business that pays you to live the life you want. And that still means being able to show up as you, in a way that works for you…

(The absolute best thing is you will access the wealth of wisdom, experience and expertise in the room! As well as being able to share yours!)

What you get

Each week we will have three regular touch-points

Check-in and accountability

Monday we will be asking three questions (there will be tools and worksheets to help you with your thinking, if that works for you):

-What were you able to achieve last week?

-What are your intentions this week?,

-What support can we help with to achieve these?

Live mini webinars

Each week there will be an opportunity to learn and talk through foundation areas of business. Helping identify first next steps in putting these into practice as well as inviting you to find the right ways for you to track the difference the work you are doing is making.

The Board

Thursday the community comes together as your board of advisors. You get to ask the question you have about your business challenges, and get suggestions on what your next steps might be.

Virtual Office

In between times you can chat away on a platform of your choice (we will be hosting on Facey for the foreseeable), or do a virtual office together. The link will be open all of the time... so you can drop in when you need company or body doubling.

The investment?

£27 per month, or £270 for the year...

About the EG community host

Sara Kedge (she/her) is a published author and multi-award-winning coach to neurodivergent company owners so they can understand, navigate and work with their own neurodivergence in life and at running their business.

She crafts personal solutions with each of her clients, helping them identify areas of friction and smooth those out with curiosity and experimentation. Sara supports the people she works with to rip apart received notions they’ve been given about work, productivity and process, undoing the damage caused by repeated “requests to modify” since the beginnings of their lives.

A lot of Sara’s work revolves around giving her people permission to remove the masks they wear. They can then explore ways of being and navigating business / life that are more honest and true to who they really are.

Sara brings heaps of play and irreverence to the work she does as people learn to run their businesses (and lives) as their true selves. Helping people learn to work with their unique makeup to create business models that work for them.

Beyond constant friction lies bottomless opportunity – and that is what Sara helps her clients uncover, explore and enjoy. She is, in fact, Chief Naughty Officer for most of her clients... and they love the permission she gives them to play.

“Being neurodivergent is not a choice, but it’s also not a sentence; it’s an invitation to cultivate new habits, new systems and new structures that work for each individual.”

Outside of her coaching work, Sara is also a renowned DEI Design Thinking Strategist, and Trainer with corporate leaders to create inclusive, healthy and more productive workplaces that work for everyone.

She also lectures about Very Serious Things In Business at a university, which gives her and her MBA the proverbial ammo she needs in front of people who care about that sort of thing.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I use my Access to Work award?

In certain circumstances this may be possible.

  • Will it help while I am waiting for my Access to Work to come through?

It certainly can. We are a totally neuro-affirming space and will be able to help you with the collective wisdom and knowledge from the community in setting up systems and approaches that have worked for us.

  • What else do you give me?

In the community space I am putting in a whole bunch of templates and shizz to help you with some of your thinking. As the community grows I will add things to it.

  • Do I have to sign up for the year?

Nope. You can come in on a monthly subscription and that is totally fine. The subscription will come out of your bank on the 28th of the month. You will need to cancel 7 days before we take your next month’s subscription.

If you sign up for the year I will refund any months you have not used. I will annualise the fee, so any month will be refunded at £22.50 to take into account the 2 free months. You will need to notify me by emailing sara@sarakedge.com that you want to come out of the community. This needs to be done at least a week before the end of the month you want to leave.

  • What if I am a bit shy or introverted?

If you need some support engaging in the group activities, drop me a line and I will do what I can to ease you in gently. I do hold my spaces quite tightly, so it will be full of gorgeous humans, kindness and compassion.
