I did some thinking about what the entrepreneurship space needs right now and came to two realisations:
- No-one needs another mastermind where you are told an a, b, c approach to "win".
- Nor is it helpful to think about one area of your business in isolation to all of the other bits.
My answer to what is actually needed is threefold:
To provide access to expertise and knowledge
(*see below) I have to help you with the tools and techniques to create sustainable businesses. Prompting you to do your own thinking by showing you tried, tested and well researched tools, and inviting you to shape them to your business and your needs.
To encourage an ecosystem approach.
Where each area of your business is taken in collaboration with all the others. Yes we will be thinking about individual topics, but they will be part of a series of webinars and thinking which helps you build a functioning and well-developed business.
To help people become part of a support community
Which helps you take your next steps of putting the thinking into practice. Yes your businesses are your responsibility. What I do know is we get where we want to go quicker with amazing people around to support, hold accountable and champion us.

- About 40 mins of me talking you through the concepts with 20 mins to ask and have your questions answered.
- Followed up with a companion Thinking Guide or Thinking Toolkit for you to take your first steps in applying what we have talked about in your business.
What qualifies me to talk about this??
I have:
- An MBA and teach at Oxford Brookes University on their Business and Management program.
- Run both online and bricks-and-mortar, product and service businesses for over 15 years.
- Been running this current business for 5 years in the online space, for which I am multi-award winning.
- Published book on neurodivergent entrepreneurship
- A deep interest in reading research in business and entrepreneurship.
I know my onions. Inside and out. And I have the paperwork to prove it.
