My Journey to the Great British Businesswoman Awards as a Neurodiversity Business Coach
Feeling elated is an understatement!
Being shortlisted among a sea of talent for the Great British Businesswoman Awards brings forth a torrent of emotions.
As a business coach, I've always been tenacious in my approach to creating a transformative business. One that resonates deeply with change.
This nomination isn't just a personal achievement; it’s a nod to the countless hours spent championing for neurodiversity in the workplace.
My mission has always been straightforward: uplift individuals, evolve workplaces, and restructure businesses to be better than they were. It’s here that my role as a neurodiversity coach plays a pivotal part.
Through each client I work with, I promote the importance of critical thinking skills. It’s essential in crafting a world where people approach their personal and professional lives with insight, nuance, and a touch of humanity.
Encouraging neurodiverse individuals to tap into their unique strengths is a cornerstone of my coaching.
To see me nominated for role model of the year and entrepreneurial business woman aren’t just accolades. They symbolize the dedication and the strides made in fostering neurodiversity in businesses.
I have been shortlisted in the role model of the year award with some other fantastic people and can not wait for the ceremony on 22nd of November, it will not just be a gathering but a celebration of the shared passion of finalists, judges, partners, and many other industry stalwarts.
