Dare to do better

I have been knocking about for a while now.
And for the last few months I have been working with the incredible Anne D. Ferguson on my brand voice and messaging. Getting myself to a point where I can clearly communicate what it is I do and for whom.
It has been a super journey, of clarification and reflection.
And I am now ready to share the outcome of this work with the world.
What is it I do?
"I help corporate leaders with complex people problems to make meaningful change that goes beyond box-ticking so they can create inclusive, healthy and more productive workplaces".
And that is it.
In a nutshell.
Why beyond box-ticking? Becasue I cannot stand the off-the-shelf solutions out there which are trying to solve complex people problems with a one-size-fits-all approach. It doesn't work.
You know what does work?
Having conversations and debates. Challenging ideas and creating fresh perspectives.
ND inclusion is a starting point for getting it more right for everyone. There is no off-the-shelf package for a unique situation or problem.

I am now planting my flag in the sand.
I am about deep meaningful change that comes from a #DesignThinking perspective.
